What the Return to Exercise program offers that the Core Connection program does not:
Strength Training Workouts: Three comprehensive workouts each week, 45-60min long, and appropriately progressed on a bi-weekly basis to help you return to exercise. Complete with warm-up and cool-down routines to ensure a balanced approach to fitness.
